• Express Delivery (where available): Same day or next day

• Fresh & Perishable Items: Delivered within a specific time slot to maintain quality

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to traffic, weather, holidays, or product availability.

 

3. Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges vary based on order value and location.

• Free delivery may be offered on minimum order amounts or promotional offers.

• COD orders may include additional handling fees.

 

4. Order Tracking

• Customers receive SMS/Email updates after order confirmation, dispatch, and out-for-delivery status.

• Real-time tracking may be available for selected areas.

 

5. Delivery Attempts

• If the customer is unavailable, our delivery partner will attempt redelivery or connect by call.

• If the order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it may be cancelled.

• Refunds for undelivered prepaid orders follow our Refund Policy.

 

6. Perishable Products

• Items like milk, curd, paneer, ghee, and yogurt are delivered in temperature-controlled packaging.

• These items must be collected immediately upon delivery.

• Rudra Business is not responsible for spoilage caused due to delayed customer acceptance.

 

7. Damaged or Wrong Items

• If an item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, report it within 24 hours.

• Provide photos/videos for quick resolution.

• Eligible items will be replaced or refunded.

 

8. Order Modification

• Orders cannot be modified once packed or dispatched.

• Customers may cancel before dispatch according to our Cancellation Policy.

 

9. Delivery Restrictions

• We do not deliver hazardous, restricted, or out-of-stock products.

• Delivery may be paused during extreme weather or emergencies.
