• COD orders require customers to be available at delivery time.

 

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD may have additional handling charges.

• Only cash is accepted; no digital payment at doorstep.

• COD option may be disabled for high-value or bulk orders.

 

4. Pricing & Billing

• All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes.

• Final billing amount will be shown before checkout.

• Invoice will be shared digitally after order confirmation.

 

5. Payment Security

6. Failed or Incomplete Payments

• If money is deducted during a failed transaction, it will be auto-refunded by the bank within 3–7 business days.

 

7. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• Refunds for prepaid cancellations follow our Refund Policy.

• Refunds are returned to the original payment method only.

 

8. Disputes & Chargebacks

• Customers must contact support before raising a chargeback.
