At Rudra Business, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if any issue occurs, our refund policy ensures a quick and fair resolution.
Eligibility for Refund
• Refunds are applicable only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered.
• Perishable items such as milk, curd, paneer, or fresh dairy are refundable only if delivered spoiled or expired.
• Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• Items must be in original condition along with proof of issue (photos or videos).
Refund Request Process
1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order ID, product images, and a short explanation of the issue.
3. Our team will verify your request and approve eligible refunds.
4. Refund will be processed according to the payment method used.
Refund Methods
• Prepaid Orders: Refund will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, wallet, card, net banking).
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be issued via wallet credit or bank transfer.
• Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Situations
• Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
• Opened or used food products.
• Expired items caused by late customer pickup.
• Change of mind after product usage.
Replacement Option
• Instead of a refund, customers may choose product replacement.
• Replacement is subject to availability.
• If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
Order Cancellation & Refund
• Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
• For prepaid cancellations, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
